Codex now has native theme controls. Use the official Appearance path for colors, contrast, fonts, and shareable theme tokens. Use Codex Skin Gallery only when you need public-safe artwork, downloadable files, compatibility packages, and a visible restore path.

Open or explain Codex Settings > Appearance, import this codex-theme-v1 token for Caishen Readable Light, verify Home / Task / Diff / Composer readability, and only use $codex-skin-pack-installer afterwards if I want background artwork or downloadable source files. Keep restore guidance visible and do not claim this is an OpenAI official theme.
This changes the native Codex theme surface only. It is the lowest risk path when the job is color, contrast, or font customization.
